Chief Transformation Officer
Philip Stephenson joined Avail Infrastructure Solutions as Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer in November 2022, responsible for the strategy and executive of transformative operational and supply chain initiatives.
Most recently Philip served as Vice President of Global Sourcing and Logistics for Welbilt, where he led the strategic sourcing function and had oversight of business transformation activities. Prior to Welbilt, Philip served three decades in various leadership roles in Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain at Dover and Hillphoenix.
